School Council

Euston Street Primary School has a very good School Council. At the start of the year pupils from Year 5, 6, and 7 are invited to put in an application form to be on School Council. Successful applicants are appointed and meet every week on a Monday afternoon. They discuss school issues and talk about ways to raise money for charity. They also share comments from other children in their class.
Last term the School Council ran a tuck shop for all the classes. This was to raise money for the Children's Hospice. The tuck shop was a great success and very popular with every class. They raised over £130 which is excellent. The charity are collecting their cheque this month! Thank you to all our parents and pupils for supporting your School Council and the Children's Hospice!
