In ESPS we aim to protect the details of personal information of our families at all times in line with the Information Commissioner's Office standards. 

We keep family details on the secure C2K SIMS platform in school.  

Our safeguarding information is held securely on C2k system and is only accessed by the school safeguarding Team. 

Information relating to SEN is also held securely on the C2k system in school and is only accessed by senior staff.

The school payment details are held securely on SchoolMoney.

There are also log in details held by the following companies who each have a secure GDPR privacy notice of their own: Education City, Pearson Education (Bug Club) and Seesaw.
