Year 1 have been very lucky to take part in the Colour Monster Workshop with our school counsellor, Julie. Over the last two weeks, we have been learning about how different colours can be used to represent our emotions and have talked a lot about how our bodies react to when we feel a certain way. We finished off our last session by completing some relaxation and deep breathing exercises 🧘♀️😁
