October was a busy month for Nursery! We are continuing to settle into our routines and some of the boys and girls are settling into our dinner routines - we are keen to encourage the children to try new foods and create health habits through our daily healthy snack and dinners.😁🍎🍌🥦🥕
We explored our topic of Autumn and Halloween through our play and art activities. We painted and printed pumpkins, used clay to create pumpkins and we even baked a hedgehog loaf of bread!🦔🍞
The children have enjoyed getting more time to explore our Nursery garden.🌳 We were very excited this month to install our new monkey bars - an exciting piece of equipment for the children and a great way of encouraging physical development, including grip strength, core strength and co-ordination. 💪
