September has been a busy month for year 5. We have been learning to round to the nearest 10/100 and even 1000! We even had an active learning day using games and digital skills to consolidate our rounding!
The children also have a skill of the week each year which allows us to focus on different strategies to problem solve and solve mathematical sums. We were learning to grid reference which allowed the children to check their own addition and subtraction sums!
