We had a great day today for Number Day! Our focus was on times tables and dividing.

Uno Wars! We flipped 2 uno cards and multiplied the numbers together. Whoever had the greatest total got to keep the cards. At the end the winner was the person with the mosst cards!

Getting very competitive in Uno Wars!

Domino multiplying - we mutliplied the 2 sides of a domino and recorded the sum on a whiteboard.

Dividing using the mini animals. We counted out the total number of animals and shared them equally between the sorting circles. We then worked out how many were in each section and if there were any remainders. We can record the sum.

Roll and record - we took it in turns with a partner to roll 2 dice and multiplied the numbers together. We coloured the answer when we found it on the page. The winner was the person with most numbers coloured.
